Appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. for the new term of office

The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. hereby announces that on 6 April 2010 the Annual General Meeting elected Mr. Leszek Czarnecki, Mr. Remigiusz Baliński, Mr. Michał Kowalczewski, Mr. Dariusz Niedospiał and Mr. Radosław Boniecki Members of the Supervisory Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. by the resolution No. XLIV/06/04/2010, No. XLV/06/04/2010, No. XLVI/06/04/2010, No. XLVII/06/04/2010, No. XLVIII/06/04/2010 respectively.

The new term of office, common for the Supervisory Board began on 6 April 2010.

Moreover, the Annual General Meeting by the resolution No. XLIX/06/04/2010 appointed Mr. Leszek Czarnecki Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A.

Mr. Leszek Czarnecki is a graduate of Wroclaw University of Technology, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics of Wroclaw Academy of Economics. He started his business activity in 1986 when he founded Przedsiębiorstwo Hydrotechniki i Inżynierii TAN S.A. He was the founder and the main shareholder of Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. – the first and largest leasing company in Poland, operating since 1991. In 1998 Dr. Leszek Czarnecki was awarded prize for one of ten best managers in Central Europe “The best CEO in Central Europe” by “The Wall Street Journal”. In the same year he was the winner of the world’s final of the contest “Young Business Journal” in Beijing. In April 2004 “The Financial Times” recognized Dr. Leszek Czarnecki as one of 25 rising stars of European business, who would set in the near future development trends of financial markets. Dr. Leszek Czarnecki has been entered into ”FT” list as the only Polish man. In November 2004 Dr. Leszek Czarnecki was one of four persons awarded by INSEAD – one of the top European business schools and the French Minister of Finance “Eastern Europe Entrepreneur of the Year”. In September 2005 Dr. Leszek Czarnecki was awarded prestigious Lesław A. Paga Prize for achievements and personal contributions to the development of financial services in Poland. He was elected the Player of the Year in the rank organized by the Polish edition of Forbes magazine in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Mr. Leszek Czarnecki, according to the statement made to the Issuer, is not engaged in any activity constituting competition in respect of the activity of the Issuer and is not on the list of
the Registry of Insolvent Debtors.

Mr. Remigiusz Baliński graduated from Medical Academy in Wroclaw and School of Business in Nowy Sącz and National Louis University Chicago (MBA).

Mr. Radosław Boniecki graduated from Faculty of Informatics at Technical University of Wrocław and University of Economics in Wrocław (post-graduate studies Company Resources Management). In 2003 Mr. Boniecki completed an original MA Management Programme offered by Ernst & Young Polska.
