Appointment of the Management Board for the new term of office

Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that in relation to the lapse of term of office of the Issuer’s Management Board on 7 March 2010, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board has appointed on today’s meeting the following persons to the Issuer’s Management Board:

Mr. Krzysztof Rosiński – Vice-President of the Management Board,
Mr. Jarosław Augustyniak – First Vice-President of the Management Board,
Mr. Krzysztof Spyra - Member of the Management Board,
Mr. Maurycy Kühn- Member of the Management Board,
Mr. Radosław Stefurak - Member of the Management Board,
Mr. Grzegorz Tracz - Member of the Management Board.

The new term of office is common for the whole Management Board and shall last three years starting from 8 March 2010.

The Supervisory Board of the Issuer have also appointed Mr. Krzysztof Rosiński acting President of the Management Board.
According to the provision of Article 22b of Banking Law, the President of the Management Board is appointed after the Commission for Financial Supervision has given consent. Till that time Mr. Krzysztof Rosiński shall be acting President of the Management Board. According to Article 22b of Banking Law, the Supervisory Board has asked the Commission for Financial Supervision for consent to appoint Mr. Krzysztof Rosiński President of the Management Board of the Issuer.

Information on appointed Members of the Management Board:

Mr. Krzysztof Rosiński has university education. He earned a doctor’s degree in economics with specialisation in management. He graduated from the Faculty of Finance & Statistics, Warsaw School of Economics (1995). He also has a post-graduate diploma in Commercial Bank Management (1996), a post-graduate diploma in Management from Warsaw School of Economics (1998) and a post-graduate diploma in Managerial Skills For International Business from INSEAD (France). He is a securities broker.

Mr. Jarosław Augustyniak has a university education. He graduated from the Faculty of Banking & Finance, Warsaw School of Economics (1996). He studied at University in Vienna, Austria (1997) and at University in St. Gallen, Switzerland (1998).

Mr. Grzegorz Tracz graduated from Law Faculty at Jagiellonian University and from the University in Heidelberg. In 1997 he gained Ph.D. in Economics and in 2009 he habilitated. In 1995 he passed judicial exam and in 1996 legal advisor exam.

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2a) of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539) read with § 5(1)(22) of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259).
