(the “Issuer”) hereby announces that as a result of the registration on 15 October 2012 by the National Depository for Securities S.A. of subscription rights to the Issuer’s J-series ordinary bearer shares (“SR”) the Issuer was informed under Article 160 of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments on the following transactions involving the Issuer’s SR: 1) by Mr. Leszek Czarnecki – the Chairman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board – on the take-up on 15 October 2012 of 20.949.261 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 20,949,261.00. At the same time Mr. Leszek Czarnecki informed on 18 October 2012 that persons closely related to Mr. Leszek Czarnecki made the following transactions involving subscription rights to the Issuer’s J-series shares: 1. LC Corp B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, took up on 15 October 2012 79.766.675 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 79,766,675.00; 3. Jolanta and Leszek Czarnecki Foundation with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 278.604 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 278,604.00; 4. Idea Expert S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 617 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 617.00; 5. RB Investcom sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 8.063 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 8,063.00. Getin Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw, LC Corp B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam, Idea Expert S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw and RB Investcom sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw are companies directly or indirectly controlled by Mr. Leszek Czarnecki. Mr. Leszek Czarnecki is the Chairmen of the Board of the Foundation and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Getin Holding S.A. 2) by Mr. Remigiusz Baliński – a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board on the following transactions involving subscription rights to the Issuer’s J-series shares made by persons closely related to Mr. Remigiusz Baliński in the meaning of article 160(2)(4) of the above Act: 1. Getin Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 9.040.712 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 9,040,712.00; 2. RB Investcom sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 8.063 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 8,063.00; 3. Idea Expert S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 617 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 617.00; 4. Jolanta and Leszek Czarnecki Foundation with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 278.604 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 278,604.00. Mr. Remigiusz Baliński is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Getin Holding S.A., the President of the Management Board of RB Investcom sp. z o.o., the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Idea Expert S.A. and the President of the Management Board of Jolanta and Leszek Czarnecki Foundation. 3) by Mr. Rafał Juszczak – the Vice-Chairman of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board on the following transactions involving subscription rights to the Issuer’s J-series shares made by persons closely related to Mr. Remigiusz Baliński in the meaning of article 160(2)(4) of the above Act: 1. Getin Holding S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 9.040.712 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 9,040,712.00; 2. Idea Expert S.A. with its registered office in Wroclaw took up on 15 October 2012 617 SR labeled with the ISIN code PLGETBK00095 for the total price of PLN 617.00. Mr. Rafał Juszczak is the President of the Management Board of Getin Holding S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Idea Expert S.A. The subscription rights to shares were taken up as the result of the public offering of J-series shares of the Issuer on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.
