The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that on 27 November 2012 the Issuer received the Resolution No. 1200/2012 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) dated 27 November 2012 under which acting on the basis of §19(1)(2) of the Rules of WSE the Management Board of WSE stated that there are 200.000.000 (two hundred million) J-series shares and 60.000.000 (sixty million) K-series shares of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one zloty) each admitted to public trading on the main market of WSE. Moreover, acting on the basis of §38(1)(3) of the Rules of WSE the Management Board of WSE decided to introduce to trading in the ordinary course as of 30 November 2012 J-series and K-series shares on the main market of WSE under the condition that on 30 November 2012 the National Depository for Securities S.A. registers and labels them with the code “PLGETBK00012”. At the same time the Management Board of WSE, acting on the basis of §44 of Chapter I of the Detailed Rules of the Stock Exchange Trading adopted on 27 November 2012 the Resolution No. 1199/2012 on fixing as at 29 November 2012 the last quotation date of 200.000.000 (two hundred million) subscription rights to J-series shares and 60.000.000 (sixty million) subscription rights to K-series shares of the nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one zloty) each labeled by the National Depository for Securities S.A. with the codes “PLGETBK00095” and “PLGETBK00103”, respectively. Legal basis: § 34(1)(2,3) of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reporting by issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259 later amended) in connection with Article 56(1)(2a) of the Polish Act of 25 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into an organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184 item 1539 of 2005 later amended).
