The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. informs that on 8 May 2015, AVIVA Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne AVIVA BZ WBK S.A. submitted to the Issuer the candidacy of Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz to the Supervisory Board of the Issuer, in connection with point 15 of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Issuer convened for 12 May 2015.

At the same time the Issuer informs that Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz submitted statement that he gives consent to candidate for the Supervisory Board , meets the criteria of an independent Supervisory Board member, does not carry on activities competitive to the Issuer and is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors.

Taking into consideration Chapter II (1)(5) of the Good Practices of Companies Listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange the Issuer presents in attachment CV of the candidate.
