The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that on 10 April 2015 the Supervisory Board of the Issuer recalled a Member of the Management Board of the Issuer - Mr. Krzysztof Spyra, as of the date the resolution was adopted.

The Supervisory Board pointed out in the resolution that the reason for the recall is the end of the term the employment contract with Mr. Krzysztof Spyra was concluded.
