Acting according to §38(1)(7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state, the Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby encloses the amendments to the Articles of Association of the Issuer as well as the  uniform text of the Articles of Association.

The amendments to the Articles of Association of Getin Noble Bank S.A. come into force after the Polish Financial Supervision Authority consents to them according to Article 430(1) of the Polish Commercial Code of Companies and Partnerships on the date the amendments to the Articles of Association are entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
