The Management Board of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) in order to supplement the information presented in Current report 66/2014 dated 24 April 2014 on appointment of the members of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer for the next term of office by the Annual General Meeting dated 24 April 2014 hereby informs that the Supervisory Board on the meeting dated 8 May 2014, acting pursuant to Article 13(1) of the Articles of Association of the Issuer and Article 3(6) of the Rules of Supervisory Board, adopted resolution on appointment Mr. Leszek Czarnecki the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Rafał Juszczak the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In connection with the above, the Supervisory Board consists of the following members:
1. Mr. Leszek Czarnecki - Chairman of the Supervisory Board
2. Mr. Rafał Juszczak - Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
3. Mr. Remigiusz Baliński – Member of the Supervisory Board
4. Mr. Michał Kowalczewski - Member of the Supervisory Board
5. Mr. Jacek Lisik - Member of the Supervisory Board

The Issuer reports that the information on Mr. Leszek Czarnecki and Mr. Rafał Juszczak was presented by the Issuer in Current report 66/2014 dated 24 April 2014.
