Getin Noble Bank S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby announces that on 2 October 2014 it was informed by Mr. Michał Kowalczewski on his resignation as of 31 December 2014 from sitting on the Supervisory Board of the Issuer and performing a function of a Member of the Supervisory Board.
