Deadlines for submission of periodic reports in 2019

In reference to § 80 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions under which Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State may be Recognised as Equivalent (the “Regulation”) of Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Issuer”) publishes the deadlines for submission of periodic reports in 2019:

Periodic reports for 2018:

•  annual report for 2018 — 26 April 2019
•  consolidated annual report for 2018 — 26 April 2019

Periodic reports for 2019:

•  consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 — 31 May 2019
•  consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 — 27 September 2019
•  consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 — 29 November 2019

In addition to the foregoing, the Issuer informs that:

•  pursuant to § 79 paragraph 2 of the Regulation, it will not make public the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2018 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2019,
•  pursuant to § 62 paragraph 1 of the Regulation, it will not publish separate quarterly reports, while consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information of the parent company,
•  the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2019 will contain semi-annual summary financial statements on the basis of, within the scope of and pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation.
