Resignation of a Member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board

Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that today, i.e. on 9 January 2019, it received a notice from Mr Remigiusz Baliński regarding his resignation from the position of a Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board with effect as of 9 January 2019.
