Determination of the consolidated text of the Bank’s Articles of Association
In reference to the current report No 2/2019 of 10 January 2019, Getin Noble Bank S.A. (the “Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, acting on the basis of Article 430 § 5 of the Code of Commercial Companies and the authority under § 2 of resolution No VI/25/07/2018 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer of 25 July 2018 (the “EGM”), adopted the consolidated text of the Issuer’s Articles of Association, which includes amendments made by resolution No VI/25/07/2018 of the EGM.
The consolidated text of the Issuer’s Articles of Association adopted by the Supervisory Board is attached to this report.
Legal basis: § 5 item 1 and in conjunction with § 6 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Provided by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions under which Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State may be Recognised as Equivalent
